Began hanging in my 3rd year of PE, after starting with manual stretches, pumping, and an all-day-stretcher. Male Hanger is great! I started with 8.75, then a week with 10, and a week with 11.25, where I will stay a while. 2-20-minute sessions, 5 days per week. I do not expect immediate results, but certainly expect to measure gains in 8 weeks or so.

The order process was fine, the product I’m not a fan of, it’s difficult to use, needs padding so that you don’t have to wrap so much.

Hi Farhan, thanks for your feedback. Malehanger is designed based on my own first hand experience with most of the products in this market. To put padding in the Malehanger would actually be detrimental to a good grip and make it less user friendly. I have found most users overcome any difficulties using Malehanger by closely following our How To Guide (accessed via the QR code on the device), watching the videos and interacting with myself and other customers in our live customer chat. There is also a support email on our site for more guidance and even one-on-one Zoom guidance available for a fee.

The best hanging device and support for sure . Started PE in March , after 3 months of manuals I hit plateau but After I started hanging with malehanger I’ve got another 1 cm . Highly recommend Ben product , also the Discord server is awesome . You will get the answer for all questions you have .

If you are serious about male enhancement, Ben has the #1 hanger for the job. He developed a protocol to gain size so all you have to do is follow his outline and put in the time. He is right there to answer any question as you go on this journey. You are not left on your own. Then there is the Discord with others working on PE.
