Der Bus und der Transfer wurden ebenfalls positiv hervorgehoben, was uns sehr freut, da wir großen Wert auf Komfort und einen reibungslosen Ablauf legen.

Es tut uns leid, dass die Tour als „Guided“ nicht deinen Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Wir verstehen deine Enttäuschung, dass der Guide vor Ort nicht mehr Informationen und Stopps angeboten hat, insbesondere wenn die Tour als „Guided“ verkauft wird. Das ist definitiv ein Punkt, den wir intern besprechen und verbessern möchten, um sicherzustellen, dass die Gäste wirklich das bekommen, was sie erwarten, wenn sie eine geführte Tour buchen.
