I’m not someone who normally leaves reviews, but I truly feel this will help others out there looking for a water softener and whole-home filtration system. After reaching out to three other companies and dealing with lies, insane price quotes, no-shows, and people who frankly had no idea what they were doing, I was about ready to give up and just live without a system.
Then—by a stroke of luck—I found Simple Water Solutions.
From the very first phone call with Brian, I felt completely at ease. He was knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. He pulled our local water report and walked me through it, helping me understand everything in a calm, no-pressure way. It honestly felt like two people just having a conversation about water, not a sales pitch. He listened to my concerns, asked questions about our home, what I wanted out of the system, and gave thoughtful, honest input.
And here's the kicker—based on the data and our needs, he could have upsold me on a larger unit, but instead recommended a smaller one that actually saved me a decent chunk of money. How often does that happen?

Another company came through the neighborhood selling water softeners...I was interested because I knew we have hard water, but the guy didn't seem very knowledgeable, and the system seemed very expensive. I looked around and found Simple Water Solutions; Jon came out, did a really good job explaining what's going on with our water and gave some simple options to treat it and they were like 30% less expensive and weren't pushy at all, so we went with them. A couple days later, they installed the system, and we couldn't be happier with how our water feels now! I highly recommend you check them out if you're having issues with your water!
