Having previously engaged several large website developers, I experienced frustration stemming from communication difficulties, including limited English proficiency among their staff and delayed email responses. I then discovered Jennifer, who is conveniently located. We quickly established a productive working relationship. Collaboratively, and primarily through Jennifer's expertise, we developed an outstanding website. She is exceptionally easy to collaborate with. Despite the holiday season, she efficiently launched the site within a month. Her contracts are meticulously detailed, a quality I greatly appreciate. There were no unexpected costs; her initial quote precisely matched the final payment. With the site's completion, we are now collaborating on enhancements, including SEO optimization. In a follow-up 15 months later, Jennifer has significantly enhanced her services. Her team consistently updates the website and now manages both ad campaigns and SEO strategies. We conduct monthly conference calls to review progress, discuss updates, and plan our approach for the subsequent month, all tailored to my business's seasonal demands..
I highly recommend Make Waves Design. Visit my website for yourself: www.ronswindowtinting.com
What an amazing transformation my website has undergone! Every concern I had with the original site was addressed- AND MORE! Even if I had the time and technical ability to tackle it myself, I couldn’t have achieved the level of refinement and clarity that Making Waves delivered.
What stood out most was how thoughtfully they approached the process—asking the right questions to understand my vision and, more importantly, how to connect with my ideal clients!
Hi Michelle! Thank you for your nice review. We loved being able to help you with your website redesign for your ceramic studio in Lodi. We look forward to continuing to work on your marketing with you and watching those bookings soar over the coming months.
