Most amazing experience!!! Late Saturday evening almost closing time but still made time for my Crumb Snatcher 3D printer problems. Very knowledgeable on EVERYTHING within his shop. Gave many tips, technique and explained to a 12 year old that he would understand himself. I was very pleased with everything. Would 100% recommend for any of my repairs. Fast turn around as well as picked up on his day off. Amazing man!!!

I had thermal runaway issues with my Ender 3 Max Neo at around 6 PM. Nobody was open late Friday night, nor picking up the phone. But here, The customer service was great. The man that helped me stayed 30 minutes past closing to help me with my printer. I will definitely be checking back with this place if I ever need help on a printer. 10/10!
