Jason and his team did a fantastic job getting us setup on Monday.com with project boards and their CRM. It would have taken us years to accomplish what Jason achieved in a couple months. Jason held our hand during implementation and genuinely wanted to be sure our entire team found value in using the Monday platform. We're an advertising agency with 20 employees and lots of moving parts across various teams. Monday is proving useful for us and replaced disparate systems of tracking and logging both opportunities and workflows thanks to Jason's help setting it up.

I have had the opportunity to work with Jason since August 2025, when our organization was facing a major challenge: consolidating all the boards we had been using on Monday.com and moving them into Monday CRM (consolidating the system from 200 boards to 20 and preparing it to handle large data sets.).
Before I met Jason, I tried working with several consultants. However, none of them was able to provide the same quality of service and problem-solving support as Jason.
From the beginning, Jason felt like part of the team, not an external consultant. I very much appreciate his patience, his willingness to accommodate our schedules, and his flexibility in accepting last-minute changes to meetings or workflows while continuing to work on solutions in parallel. He has always solved issues promptly.
What I value most is his creativity when we run into Monday.com limitations, as well as the way he has tutored me so I could start solving some of the data challenges on my own.
Jason has created real value through his thoroughness, problem-solving ability, and collaborative approach. It has been a very rare experience, and I appreciate it very much. I look forward to continuing to work together as we prepare our data for AI applications.

Integration
Communication was great but the follow through was less then ideal. When starting the integration it was mentioned that they delt with businesses like ours before, after a few weeks in it was clear that there was little to no experience in our field. After a month we halted any further work and instead of trying to figure out what we needed he was more focused on getting paid. After paying a good amount we have a half complete board where most of the automation are not working. I understand they need guidance but there should be some forethought into what we need.

After working closely for the first weeks of September, we reached out on Sept-26 with answers to your questions and next steps. Despite three follow-up emails and a phone call, we didn't receive a response until Oct-29, at which point you made the decision to pause the project.
Regarding the financial aspect, the invoice for September’s completed hours was issued on Oct-1, as per our agreement. As it remained unpaid for over 45 days despite multiple reminders, our focus shifted toward resolving the outstanding balance before continuing further work.
We were fully prepared to complete the monday.com configuration and achieve the results you were looking for. However, a project’s success relies on active collaboration and timely feedback. Since the project was paused on your end while milestones were still in progress, we were unable to reach the final result we originally envisioned. We wish you and your team the best in your future endeavors.

Jason built our system from the ground up. He gave us advice on best practices, integrated external programs to create more opportunities for automation, and had excellent communication. We knew where he was with everything every step of the process and he guided us with what was needed when. He answered all our questions, made personalized training videos, and even spent time with us live to make sure the system worked exactly how we needed it to. Jason went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!
