Late April 2025 I took advantage of special for AC check up. I informed Tech that arrived that I had been getting error message on my one interior mini split unit. He only ran it short time and could not generate error message so he just blew that concern off and concentrated on trying to sell me “cleaning services” (overpriced compared to other companies when I checked). So, late June when the AC season arrived, this unit failed and I had to start over with another HVAC company. So had to schedule to diagnose problem, getting parts ordered and finally get unit repaired. Meanwhile spent month of July (extremely hot and humid) without effective AC. I am a senior with an older disabled dog and this was a horrible experience. I never got a solicitation to offer a review so I am now writing one after being angered by the many TV commercials advertising Essig’s wonderful service record. I have warned many other people away from Essig for HVAC services. I was very sick during that July…maybe Essig just takes advantage of Seniors?
