I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. After waiting 1.5 months for an appointment, I received a last-minute notification on the day of the appointment that it was canceled. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable.
The long wait led me to believe that they value their clients’ time and needs. However, the cancellation—with no explanation other than that they don’t feel my system is a priority because it is newer—seems like an excuse. I was scheduled for a tune-up of a newer unit before using it for the upcoming winter, in addition to several add-ons, including a humidifier, filter box upgrades, and ductwork restructuring. This demonstrates a lack of respect and consideration for their customers. It’s frustrating to invest so much time and anticipation only to be let down like this.
I expected better communication and professionalism. This situation has not only caused inconvenience but has also made me reconsider my trust in this company. I hope they improve their scheduling and handling of appointments in the future. I will no longer be using this company, as they have wasted my time, and I find myself back where I was 1.5 months ago—searching for a reliable company for my HVAC needs
