Manu was a great help, and the delivery guys are 10/10. The support, in my case, was terrible. I hope they replace the people there (sales killers).
You can accept or decline the furniture upon delivery. I did, and the delivery guys weren’t mad at all about bringing it back on the truck. The quality is very good, but some items were heavily used. That’s fine. Just make sure you book, for instance, a carpet twice so you can choose the one that looks great, like in my case.
I’m very happy with my experience renting. I ordered a bed, refrigerator, and washing machine, and all items arrived exactly on time. Everything was clean, in excellent condition, and worked perfectly. The delivery team was polite and set everything up quickly. Communication with the company was easy and efficient. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs quality furniture and appliances for rent.
I am so happy with the service from Makan, the quality of the furniture that they provided for an excellent subscription price is amazing, I am particularly happy with the sofa and the bed quality and look, no complaints at all! I also want to thank the team, very responsive and helpful, especially Sajid who is always there to assist the customers with whatever need we might have! I recommend Makan to anyone who wants a cozy nice looking furniture and doesn't want to pay a fortune to get it! Thank you again Sajid and Makan home 🏡 💖

With the lack of space I googled and find Makan home to be very professional and on my convince brought me single bed wich I rented as I had my father coming over. Everything went super smooth, the guys on the site were very polite and made sure to install everything. And thanks for Menna who was very kind to help me organized all of this, Ahmad who delivered with his team and Manu who followed up how everything went.
I just recently moved to Dubai and was stressing about furniture. I contacted them yesterday and Sajid responded immediately and answered all my questions. Within a few minutes my order was placed, I could pay online and this morning my furniture was delivered. Manu kept in touch with me all the way explaining the process and when it will be delivered. Even after delivery he followed up to see if everything went well. 10 out of 10 would recommend
