Taylor and braided were excellent electricians. They went to work right away even though just giving me an estimate the estimate was awesome. They were very customer service oriented and various assertive and I’m so grateful I have had poor service from other electricians and today is the day even though it’s the 13th, I just wanna let them know that I can only afford maybe $500 today to pay them and make another payment in January 500 if that would be acceptable because I do have a mortgage and I’m a 68-year-old senior I’m hoping I got a senior discount. Thank you.

Came in telling me my 58-year old front yard spigot won't last a winter without an indoor shut-off valve ... before refusing to fix my leaky bathroom sink faucet because the sink needs to be replaced...
Good news, he did not charge us the normal $59 dispatch fee.

The “Juggernaut of Jetting” otherwise known as Pierce was extremely helpful!! It was a tougher than normal job that required additional attempts. He communicated well and made sure the job was completed successfully. We were really happy with the work!!

We just had plumber Steve Stokke and HVAC tech Anthony Drummond, couldn’t be happier they were here to walk thru our plumbing and HVAC needs. Steve & Anthony were both very warm and kind. I appreciate how educational and understanding they were. They truly listen to understand. Thank you Steve & Anthony! Happy holidays from the Johnson-Delaney house!

I was qouted $1700.00 for a Job that I myself was able to compete easily for $300.00 for 2 heat strips and 4 wires that needed to be repaired. A new furnace can be purchased for that much. When asked why so high, the manager stated overhead. When I asked for an itemized price breakdown of the cost his voice got shaken and he refused to give me one. They also tried to up sell me on a $15,000 and $7,000 dollar unit when I stated im a disabled veteran and couldn't afford the $1700.00 due to my lower income. Save yourself some money, use google/youtube. It was 5 screws and an hours worth of time. I was told it would get a response from the owner and still no contact back. Bad business. That hourly rate would have been $1200.00 for an hours worth of work.

We had an awesome experience with Steven and Nick. We had our furnace and water heater hazard tagged after having a gas leak fixed, due to the previous homeowner’s very incorrect installation of the exhaust for our furnace and water heater. They came the same day and worked into the night to get it fixed and restore our hot water and heat. They were very friendly and professional and we will definitely be using Mainstream again in the future.

While the scheduling ladies were great and the technician was very nice and polite, my overall opinion is I would never go with this company. A guy was scheduled to come out to my house because I needed my bathroom fan replaced (I’ve already purchased the new one so they would need to install and rewire the new one). He came out and evaluated and asked if there was anything else he could take a look at, and there was a wall unit heater that hasn’t been working in a bedroom so he took a look and instantly found the issue which I was impressed by. After checking everything out he went to his truck to draw up a quote and came back with 3 estimates.
The first was $2500 because he said I should have a surge unit in my electrical breaker (I don’t believe this is true, I have a thing from my insurance company I plug in the wall called Ting that sees any electrical problems and it says I’ve never had a surge) he said it’s now code to have this since 2020, which I also don’t believe is true because when I got my house inspection the very reputable man doing it did not have it in his report.
Then the next estimate was to get the bathroom fan and wall unit heater done and that was still $1500!
Then the last estimate was to just get the bathroom fan done and that was still about $850 which I almost bit the bullet on because I thought he was going to do the work today but he said he had other appointments to go to, so I said no!!!!
Then I called around and someone is gonna come do it for a quote of around $195! What
the heck!!! This seems like a scam.
After declining service I still had to pay $60 for the technician to come out here for the “drive.”
I was not impressed at all, but the guy was very nice and probably is told to do this for the company.
