I had a backed up Mainline that was Clogged. My sister recommended Mainstream to me . Pierce came out , explained all the different methods, costs, explained about the old orangeburg pipes (think thats the name). Gave me estimates of things I asked about. Took a look at plumbing , explained how to go about things if the first method "cabling didnt work". Good to know for the Future! Everything was upfront and agreed upon before work was started. He was luckily able to unclog the pipe threw cabling method (Snaking) . Very Friendly and Profesional ! Would Recommend , or call again if i have issues .

My wife and I bought a home in Coeur d'Alene we had a laundry room issue! It was not a very good layout, called Mainstream for a quote, they were here the next day moving washer and dryer to another wall, hot water tank descaled and a new water softener install. Even though the price was a little high it was worth it, technicians were great and did a fantastic job. I will be calling Mainstream in the future for plumbing issues. Thank you Mainstream.

Taylor and braided were excellent electricians. They went to work right away even though just giving me an estimate the estimate was awesome. They were very customer service oriented and various assertive and I’m so grateful I have had poor service from other electricians and today is the day even though it’s the 13th, I just wanna let them know that I can only afford maybe $500 today to pay them and make another payment in January 500 if that would be acceptable because I do have a mortgage and I’m a 68-year-old senior I’m hoping I got a senior discount. Thank you.

Came in telling me my 58-year old front yard spigot won't last a winter without an indoor shut-off valve ... before refusing to fix my leaky bathroom sink faucet because the sink needs to be replaced... Good news, he did not charge us the normal $59 dispatch fee.
