Main man water & sewer is trustworthy, timely, and gets the job done right. On Dec 20, my main water line broke right before my water meter and I didn't get the water line insurance. My basement was flooding and I was frantic. After calling 311 on a weekend, inspection from the fire fighters and the water department Saturday night, I was only given a 3 day notice to cure the situation rather than an actual fix. My building had no water and then on Monday, my heat went down cause there was no water… When I called Eli, he responded quickly and honestly about the process. He took the time to answer all of my questions which was so comforting because it was the first time this had ever happened to me and he took the time to explain the process, what could have happened and next steps. He also gave me a quote after I showed him pictures and videos of the issue while I was on the phone with him. This allowed to ease my worries around the potential cost. Eli came to look next day and was very timely. One thing I dislike is when people don’t make it to the appointments set but this was not Eli. Eli was right on time. As he had promised, his men came the day after and started work at 8:30am. They finished the job within the day and cleaned up nicely where we didn’t have to worry about any rubble or mess. I ended up having another leak on another part of my water line pipe due to wear and tear after the fix. This wasn’t due to Main Man but David Reyes from Main Man came and checked it out immediately. He also helped to repair the issue. I can’t thank main man enough for all that they’ve done, especially since it was the holidays and will surely be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you for everything Eli, David, and the Main Man crew!

Main Man Water Main & Sewer is the man! They did an excellent job replacing our lead pipes with copper. Shoutout to Eli and Arturo’s team that showed up. My immediate elderly neighbors were highly surprised how they did the job so quickly and quiet aside from the focused jackhammering at the beginning. When my neighbors looked outside, the majority of the job was already completed. Would definitely hire again for any future repairs. Highly recommended!

I have had to deal with two other water/sewer utility contractors and Main Man was far better than them in terms of responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work. I am an engineer/architect so I have some experience with this kind of work. David Reyes, the crew chief, in particular deserves praise for being a professional with real pride in his work. Twenty-fours hours after he first visited our site two different water line breaks had been identified and repaired 100%. I highly recommend them.

They did an excellent job replacing our pipes with copper. The team was fast and efficient, finishing the work in just half a day. I would definitely hire them again for future repairs. I've noticed a wet spot in our basement whenever we would do the laundry. I called for a camera scope to determine if our house sewer had any broken pipes. Eli was able to send David to take a look a few days later. The scope showed that our line had a hole and small cracks. We booked a date to fully replace the line. On the day of the repair, David showed up with a crew of 5+ guys and knocked it out in a few hours. They did their best to minimize damage to our tile floors. David took pictures each step from demo to replacing the pipe and finally backfill and cement. It really puts my mind at ease having professional that know what they are doing on the job. For anyone looking for plumbing repairs especially sewer repairs, definitely need to hire Main Man Water. Eli and David will take care of you. Scheduling may vary, they were very busy when I booked them, but the wait was worth the peace of mind having professional doing the job right.

We recently had work done For our sprinkler system Water wall on the main pipe coming into the building. I personally Had the opportunity work done by David Reyes. What an excellent work He did. One time, The company was called to do the work for sidewalk water valve. David came right on time he promised and examined the place so thoroughly that he did the placement of the valve in one shot. Somehow, the water mean wall coming into the building also happened to be defective and again David Reyes responded promptly and the work was done professionally on the day and the time promised. The guys at Main Man are real pros. They did a great job on two projects for us, sewer/water main replacement and an outdoor drain replacement. It was easy to get an estimate from Scott who just asked for photos texted to him. From those photos he correctly pointed out that our old water main was copper (another plumber had told us it was lead and needed to be replaced asap…) David and the team were friendly, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. They explained everything and showed us the progress. As they were working they realized that part of the sewer main had actually been changed not long before. They told us right away and decreased the price from the initial quote. We thought we might not have water for a few days but they finished everything in just two days and we even had water the night between those days. Overall, we’re really impressed with Main Man and highly recommend them.
