I Came across Software Academy on Instagram and eventually signed my 13-Year Old Up for a free 1-hr trial. My son enjoyed the lesson and really wanted to go ahead with the course. Nathan was very patient and articulate during the lesson. I would highly recommend them if Your child is really into coding games.
My 9 year old had a taster with Tom. He was engaging and patient and took the time to listen. We are seriously considering enrolling largely because of this experience.
My son really enjoyed his taster session with Shane Brooks. Shane was so attentive and very patient with my son who loves to have a bit of a chat and was also able to help him focus and stay on track to complete the session. He then spent the last 10 mins explaining next steps and answering the millions of questions I had! Thanks Shane, you truly were a joy to meet!

Brandon was very friendly and knowledgeable. My son was surprisingly engaged in the session - a marked improvement from a teen who had been quite adamant about not wanting to hear anything coding related! Ben the teacher was very good and patience. My daughter is autistic so isn't always as responsive as others but he was slow and explained things clearly so she could keep up. Wasn't helped by our login problems so we were late getting into the zoom session.
I will assess my daughter's response over the next few days and once settled in the new year will look at enrolling on a course.
