I had my one bedroom apartment cleaned by MaidNation when I moved out.They did an amazing job!!!!.Thanks a lot to the Cleaners and the company for a fantastic cleaning of this apartment for me.My move out inspection with the landlord earned Green Flags on everything which means that I get my full damage deposit refund.It is very much appreciated

Just got a service from MaidNation and nothing but praises after they were done with our unit. Staff are polite and well mannered. They respected our unit and took care of it like it was their own. I have been debating for a few days on writing this review, I do have to share my experience.
We recently booked a deep clean and had mixed feelings about the service. The shower and bathrooms were nicely cleaned, the house smelled fresh afterward, and the kitchen was decently done. Those areas definitely looked better.
However, the overall clean didn’t feel very thorough for a deep clean. The entire service only took about 2.5 hours, which seemed surprisingly short. A lot of areas appeared to be missed, light switches didn’t seem to be wiped, several surfaces weren’t dusted, and some spots around the house looked untouched. I’m also not completely sure the upstairs was vacuumed. The more I’ve looked around since, the more small things I’ve noticed.
To their credit, the owner was responsive and did refund the deep clean portion and offered to send the cleaners back to correct the missed items. Unfortunately, we had realtor photos scheduled that same day, so I ended up fixing the issues myself instead.
Overall, I appreciate the customer service and the effort in certain areas, but I don’t feel that 2.5 hours was enough time for a proper deep clean, and the results reflected that.
