The two ladies never stopped working from the moment they arrived, and they managed to make my too-long-ignored cleaning "lapses" bright & beautiful. They were kind, attentive, & cooperative. On top of the rest, they made the inside of my refrigerator look brand new!

Maid in Hoboken was fantastic! From the beginning of the process thru the completion of the job was very easy and seamless. I thought I needed a post construction cleaning and Sondra visited to take a look. Instead, we opted to do a deep cleaning and the it was perfect thing. We are very happy with the work done so I’m leaving this review to tell everyone that Maid in Hoboken is the real deal. We may even sign up for the recurring plan on some level.

Maid in Hoboken has done a great job in providing cleaning services to two Hoboken apartments that I have lived in. Karen was on time, appreciative and very professional. My apartment was spotless, very clean and better organized. This included cleaning the refrigerator, oven, microwave and a couple tough spots in my sink. The text messages that I received when she was on her way and finished with my apartment were timely. Maid in Hoboken has been very user friendly and reliable each time I have used them. I would highly recommend both Karen and Maid in Hoboken as an organization.

I’ve used several cleaning services in the past, but Maid in Hoboken has truly stood out as the best experience I’ve had. From the moment I scheduled my appointment, Laura’s customer service was exceptional. She was responsive, warm, and made the entire process incredibly easy. Yeni and Juana, who handled the cleaning, were outstanding. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and they took such great care with every part of my home. They were also incredibly friendly and patient with my son, who kept trying to chat with them the whole time. Instead of being bothered, they were kind and engaging, they even tried to teach him some new words in Spanish, which meant a lot to me. The overall experience was beyond impressive, and I genuinely felt my home was in the hands of people who care about their work. I highly recommend Maid in Hoboken and especially appreciate the amazing service from Laura, Yeni, and Juana.

I stopped having my home professionally cleaned a few years ago because I honestly felt like no one did as good a job as me!! However, since starting nursing school it’s been hard to keep up with it. I decided to finally cave and used Maid in Hoboken. To say I’m so happy I did is an understatement. They are so thorough and professional. I feel very comfortable having them in my home and they are worth every penny. There’s nothing like walking into your home at the end of the day and it being clean! I have an English bulldog that sheds so much and they get every spec of hair off my floor and couch! This has been one of the best investments I’ve made and it’s one less thing I have to worry about with my busy life. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We began to use Maid In Hoboken when I was 3 months pregnant and were so impressed by the deep clean that we decided to get our home cleaned regularly. Claudia has been with us since the initial deep clean to now and she is wonderful. The administrative staff is responsive, flexible, and most importantly - kind! Having your home cleaned can be such a vulnerable experience as new parents but Claudia has helped us tremendously and always with a smile. We highly recommend this cleaning service and judging by the amount of units in our development who also use the same service, they are quality all around.
