I ordered a cheesecake for my wife for her birthday. The place was closed when I arrived to pick it up. Nobody let me know the place was temporarily closed. I was still charged for the cheesecake I did not receive. No response from the owners. No refund yet!!!

Hi Danielle. I'm so sorry for that inconvenience. We unexpectedly lost our lease for the West Village location this week. Please drop me an email with all of the particulars of your purchase (Name, phone number, last 4 digits of the credit. If you have a copy of the receipt, the date and receipt number) and we will make sure that you receive a refund. Again, I'm so very sorry.
