День добрый. Впечатления яркие. В один час прямо к отелю подали автомобиль. Довезли до магазина. Спект выбора изделий чрезвычайно широк: от современных до классики. Языковых проблем не возникает. Сотрудники дружелюбны и профессиональны, знают психологию людей и в совершенстве владеют техникой продаж. Однако ни на чём не настаивают, оставляя свободу и выбора, и решений. Менеджер, сотрудничавший со мной, Мехман Назимович, чрезвычайно вежлив и деликатен. Профессионал самого высокого класса, владеющий как мастерством рекламы товара, так и знанием специфики клиента. Было невероятно приятно работать, поскольку дополнительной опцией стало удовлетворение и иных запросов: за счёт фирмы меня свозили по моей просьбе в торговый центр, после чего встретили, забрали и со всеми покупками довезли до гостиницы. Цена и качество товара на фабрике соответствуют. Можно выбрать товар в любом ценовом сегменте. Мои запросы были чуть сложнее. Но они справились. Спасибо огромное и за работу,и за отношение и глубокое человеческое участие. Настоятельно всем рекомендую обращаться на данную фабрику. Особенно соотечественникам.

I was there with my friend from Dubrovnik...we were delighted with the superb selection of excellent quality of products and above all with the level of profesional and friendly staff....that was a great experience....we felt like queens... Do I even need to mention that we all left with our hands full of shopping bags? Ups...in fact, they even delivered the bags to our hotel so we could continue enjoying the beauties of Istanbul.

The quality of the products is outstanding, easily among the best I have seen.The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They take the time to understand what the customer wants and provide excellent advice when choosing the right piece.
