Dr Menon has a wonderful way of communicating with her patients that makes you feel seen and heard. She is humble, kind and lighthearted. I am happy to have found a dermatologist who doesn’t have their nose in their computer or their hand on the doorknob for the entire visit. Thanks Dr Menon!
I don’t have a Google account, so I am using my daughter’s Google account to post this review.
Dr Menon has been so sweet, and she takes the time to explain everything in detail. she is very clear when explaining diagnosis and treatment plans, which I appreciate very much. The front desk ladies are kind, and the patient care techs are always so professional and courteous. I highly recommend Dr Menon and her staff for all of your dermatology needs.
I was referred to this office by my primary back in May 2025 to address increased hair loss.
I started seeing Dr. Tracey, who has been addressing the situation. In a matter of 6 months,I am seeing great progress in my hair growth journey!
I love the staff in this office! Helpful, friendly and supportive!

Your kind review is much appreciated, Kristen!
First of all I think this a great practice and Dr. Kavita Menon is a great practitioner! I had couple of issues with my recent visit however. Before my appointment I received a text message 48 prior to my scheduled appointment asking me to confirm and threatening a $50 fee for a no show. The problem was the "notice" had the wrong appointment time. I therefore ignored it. The purpose of my appointment was a routine follow up for some medication I was prescribed which worked great for me and my dermatitis. During my visit, before I saw the practitioner, I was asked if I had any needs or concerns and I asked for a routine skin check. Dr. Menon did a thorough exam and decided to treat several spots on my skin. I really appreciated that was able to be done during the brief session. There was however no instructions or follow up on what to expect and I did have some problems. I know the physicians are trying hard to provide great care to a large number of patients in a short time but a support system should be in place with assisting staff to provide guidance and information should issues occur after in office procedures.
