I requested a call before arrival so I could remove my bird feeders before spraying and he called me to make sure he covered a timeline that would work for me. He called me after his work and told me what a beautiful yard I had and that he was extra careful around the feeders since I couldn’t be there. Very considerate and conscientious.

The man came in my apartment. He didn’t announce anything. I was in the bathroom. It’s very dangerous for a strange man to enter a home. Unprofessional!!!

Unfortunately, we cannot verify that you are a current customer of ours and therefore cannot reach out to you directly to address this concern. If you live in an apartment complex that is one of our clients, please know that we take feedback very seriously, and would like this to be addressed with the property management team. We are only allowed to enter the units that the property management gives us permission to enter. We certainly did not mean to startle you, nor do we allow our technicians to enter without knocking and announcing themselves.
