Quick to respond and come inspect my roof. The fix wasnt complicated but they were good at communicating and quick to show up.
We loved working with Matt. He is so honest and does what he says he's going to do. His crew was very efficient. They worked hard, got our roof done in one day, and cleaned up the yard so it was spotless. I would definitely recommend MAD Roofing.
They ,MAD Roofing work with me from the start to all the way and more. Explaining to me any doubts l had. And l was really ask a lot . I really appreciate Chris and Sofia , the patience they had with me, was commendable. The workers were very knowledgeable on their work. Friendly too. MAD Roofing was chosen because they had the most competitive bid of 6 bidders, plus they were a dealer of GONANO
roof spray. They reroofed 2 of our buildings and sprayed 6. Matt the salesman did a good job of telling us what to expect and the company performed well. They did each reroof in 2 plus days, cleaned up very well. spraying was done as scheduled. One building had a problem with a damaged skylight but they took care of that in a timely manner. Overall we were extremely pleased with their work. Our buildings are 4 individual homes per building.

Identifed potential issues prior to old roof removal and new roof installation that other Contractors missed. Met schedule and removed old roof (two layers with one layer original 75-yr old cedar shakes) quickly. New gutters required due to offset of old first course cedar shake roof. Reimbursed cost of replacement of damaged plants from tear off. Met my expectations with cost and workmanship. Jaydon and Joshua were great to work with and responsive and professional. Highly recommend MAD Roofing!
Skyler was quick to respond to my inquiry. His team gave the most thorough assessment out of 5 companies I contacted, and explained everything that needed to be done and why. They worked well with me throughout the whole process, providing pictures during the work, and were done quickly. They even handled removal and replacement of my solar. They were conscientious about cleanup and removed all debris and materials.
We worked with Skyler Parks who did a wonderful job for us. He always responded quickly and was always courteous. He also knows his stuff and did great work. We would absolutely work with him again.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our new roof installation! They completed the job in one day including taking off the old roof and installing the new one. I was concerned about the cleanup as there was remnants and nails everywhere. But they did a fantastic job of cleanup as well. I highly recommend Mad Roofing if your looking for a new roof or repairs

Jon Barlow provided excellent assessment of the need to replace shingles over our front porch. The color match of our 15 year old shingles was perfect.
Working with Matt was a great experience. He was clear in his communications, what was needed for my roof, and very reasonable prices. His crew was very professional, polite, and they worked their tails off. I hope to not need a new roof any time soon, but if I do I’m 100% going back to MAD roofing.

This 5 star review goes to Joshua, I would give the overall experience a 4. I obtained several other bids prior to selecting MAD Roofing. MAD was definitely on the higher end but Joshua seemed to have the most knowledge and was the most upfront about problems we could encounter with my old home (built in 1891) that had wood shake under shingles. There were several unavoidable delays to getting my roof done, including weather and waiting on insurance adjusters but Joshua was good to keep me informed and also convinced the company to not deliver the shingles and supplies in my driveway 1 week prior to installation like they were wanting to. (My house and driveway is small and I had company coming that week). Once the work started they were fast and efficient. I paid the extra for the tenting system that was supposed to protect my plants and for the most part it did except for a few in the front yard where the tarps were not placed. The cleanup was impeccable, they go around with magnets and remove the nails on the ground. The roof turned out beautiful and I feel like they did a very thorough job. I opted to not remove my chimney and was disappointed in how bad it looked when the roof was finished. Joshua offered to paint it black to make it blend in a little better. He did this pro-bono on his own time which I really appreciated. When the roof was finished, the extra boxes of nails and supplies were left in my driveway for over a week. Again, Joshua made sure they were picked up. My overall experience with the company was good, but it would’ve been nice to have a little better communication from the other staff as far as what time they would arrive and when they would come finish after rain delays. It felt like the only way I could get things completed was by reaching out to Joshua. He is definitely an asset to the company and I appreciate how hard he worked on my behalf.

MAD Roofing dud an amazing job tearing off and replacing my roof.
Chris Baron worked with me to get the roof approved and paid for by the insurance company from storm damage even when the insurance company tried denying it.
Chris even got part of the new gutters approved and installed new facia on the house. They also installed a venting system for the attic to help the longevity of the new roof.
I can't say enough about what an incredible job MAD roofing did and how great the new roof looks.

Experience was excellent and the team effort to make things go smoothly was amazing. The pricing accuracy and actually coming in a little under the estimated amount was also greatly appreciated.

Great place to get your roof done. Chris was awesome to work with. He was prompt and always got back to me with questions and concerns.
Cudos to the crew. They kept the area clean at all times. The crew worked hard and stayed busy. Project manager could use some polish when dealing with customer's questions. Communications between crew and customer needs work. Crew needs to be a little bit more carefull dropping bundles of shingels on old roofs. Shakes the whole house. All in all they did a great job. Came at 7 am and completed the job by 5pm. Very little of a punch list. Nothing major most are recomdations to the crew to make them the best they could be. Jon great job and thank you to all the crew. You guys are great.
