Madrona Log Homes deserves so much praise. Travis and his team tackled a serious issue with our log home. We were having bats enter the house and couldn’t figure out how they were getting in. They approached it with incredible diligence, chinking potential entry points on the interior, reaching out to other professionals for advice and help, installing one-way doors where needed, and following up until the problem was solved. In addition to addressing the bat issue, they repaired extensive exterior rot, and built a stunning deck with railings that complement the house perfectly. Travis even recommended a pergola company that turned out to be spot-on advice. Every step of the way, he and his amazing team showed that they don’t just care about the project - they care about the people behind it. They went above and beyond, and didn’t stop until things were exceptional. Could not recommend Madrona Log Homes enough. Their integrity, skill, and heart make them truly rare. Looking forward to seeing the team next year for a full exterior log treatment.

My wife I hired Madrona Log Home Repair & Care for full stain restoration of our log cabin, including chinking. The company did an excellent job! The cabin is located in a remote area and Travis (the company owner) came out there without hesitation to inspect the cabin, giving us a free estimate. He was actually the only one to do that out of three contractors we considered (the other two refused to do that for free, and one of them suggested estimate based on pictures only). All went smooth from there. Travis listened and understood our specific needs, discussed various options, addressed our concerns and worked with us along the way, always very responsive. The working crews were professional, polite and worked hard. They were trustworthy to the point we could leave them the key from the cabin, letting them work without us being present. They adopted any changes with easy as we modified some details during the project. Any concerns or questions were quickly addressed. There never was any damage to the property or surrounding area despite some heavier machinery present and despite difficult access to the property. When the work was done, the crew always cleaned the area as much as reasonable and left the place in a great condition. In the end of the project, Travis walked with us around the cabin, inspecting the entire job and addressing any questions. The result was excellent. My wife and I are enjoying the new look. I strongly recommend Madrona Log Repair & Care.

Madrona Log Home Repair did an incredible job on our log home. It was 45 years old when we bought it, so was in need of restoration. Each of Travis' crew members took their time to do meticulous work, inside and out. Madrona's specialized crews did everything correctly and how Travis said they would. They were great guys to have in and around our home too. Removing the inside quarter sawn chinking poles and replacing it with Permachink tightened up our home and now we don't have that fly/bug problem associated with custom log homes. Thanks Madrona!

The previous owners used the wrong product for finishing the home, which was deteriorating and peeling in the sun. When we contacted him two years later to move forward with the project, he had saved all of our information and was able to quickly provide a quote based on the information he had gathered previously. He was also very communicative throughout the whole process. The team blasted, sanded, stained then sealed the home over a course of 3-4 weeks. We could not be happier with the finished product! Madrona Log Home Repair did a great job with our log exterior and siding. It had been somewhat neglected but after they spent 3 weeks refinishing, restaining and sealing it looked just terrific. They even custom mixed the color shade for us. We will not hesitate to use Madrona in the future to maintain the beautiful finish.
