I’m genuinely thrilled with my chimney repair. The team finished on time, did outstanding work, even took care of a small issue they spotted for free, and still came in with the best price. On top of that, they had the friendliest customer service of all three companies I compared!

The team was detailed and finished work on schedule in relining a brick chimney and exterior chimney cap repairs. Of the 3 estimates we received, Madeline Chimney was the best price when considering scope of work. We would hire them again without hesitation.
Madeline provided a thorough assessment of our chimney and a fair quote for the fixes needed. They inserted a steel liner in our chimney and did great work. Highly recommend!
Catherine was very communicative throughout the entire process. I called Madeline Chimney to see if they could provide a quote on work that needed to be done based off a quote I already received. They quoted it at about $1,000 dollars less than the other company to do the same work. I was unsure of what was quoted so they sent a tech out prior to doing the work to make sure what was sad that needed to be some by the other company was actually what was needed. They confirmed yes. They had availability to start pretty quickly because I had o get a water installed. We had no hot water. They provided information I needed to inform the plumbing company to get it new water heater installed. The technicians were very polite, helpful as for the job done. Their customer service is amazing and communication is also great. I would highly recommend them for chimney work at your home.
Two employees power washed the sidings and roof of my house and did a fantastic job. They worked hard for several hours and cleanly removed many years worth of grime and mold from the roof, sidings, and soffits. They were very careful with our landscaping around the house and cleaned up very nicely. All together a great job. We were very happy with the results.

Catherine is a very professional communicator and provides great detail and is quick to respond. The workers are also very professional and do a great job. Their prices are also reasonable.
I took a leap of faith based on a Nextdoor recommendation - the team did a great job repointing our crumbling chimney after a larger firm told us we needed a full rebuild at high cost. They were trustworthy, and everything seemed fairly priced!
Great crew; hard working and communicated well. The entire project went as planned and everything done in a timely way. Will use Madeline Chimney again and I highly recommend.
We were really impressed with Madeline Chimney. They reached out to me promptly after I filled out an inquiry on their website and had next day availability for our appointment.
We had been burned badly by another highly reputable chimney company in the area so I was very apprehensive to work with this new company. However, they quickly put my fears to rest, with their professionalism and knowledge sharing.
We had issues with a gas log insert that wasn't working after installation from another company. Madeline Chimney identified how it had been installed correctly, verified that claims the other company had made about our hearth not being up to code for fire safety by showing me how they could measure the concrete beneath the hearth to be 8 inches through the gas line insert.
They didn't just tell me this or that, they physically showed me. There were no scare tactics or surprises. This company was authentic and showed integrity. Their pricing was reasonable and we are now happy and confident in their service. We're looking forward to continuing to work with them!
