Cyndi and Alex were so incredibly nice and professional. Showed up right on time and had a great product presentation and made it super easy to understand. They worked with me on price and tried to get me the best deal! 10/10 would definitely recommend! Very sweet and genuine people.

Very responsive and thorough operation. Cindy and Alex were very knowledgeable, friendly, and great to work with. Installation by Gus/Gustavo was v smooth, expedient, and respectful of time constraints. Would def recommend.

This was our 2nd time using Made in the Shade. We now have shades on every window in the house, and an outdoor shade. Cyndi worked patiently with my wife and me to install the perfect blinds in our bedroom, honeycomb blackout.
Since my wife is a night-shift nurse, she needs to sleep during the day—and thanks to these blinds, the room stays completely dark, allowing her to rest undisturbed during the day. It’s also helped our infant stick to a consistent sleep schedule. On top of that, the blackout effect keeps the room cooler during sunset, which hits our windows directly, helping us save on electricity. We’re incredibly grateful for Cyndi’s care and attention to detail. Definitely recommend anyone who needs nice curtains installed.

Michael was awesome and made this a great experience. Love our new blinds. They look great and we could tell an immediate difference with the temperature in the house and the glare on the tv.

Made in the Shade San Antonio is AMAZING! From the first phone call with Michael to his visit of helping us do measurements and ideas he was fantastic! Carrie was great keeping us posted with the delivery and they even installed earlier than expected. Our space had to be customized so we were a little nervous…. It turned out beautiful! We love the quality, design and colors. We highly recommend them… you won’t be disappointed.

Great experience with this company and we highly recommend! The shade is beautiful and our view is not obstructed. Our patio is probably 10 degrees cooler and it shades our living room some as well. Kind, courteous people who follow through with on time appointments and leave the workspace clean . We feel like we added a whole new living space to our home and the best part? No bugs on the patio!

If you need luxury window treatments along with excellent customer service move forward with Made in the Shade. We are 100% satisfied with the Norman products that were installed. I highly recommend the Norman Smart Drape if you need to cover large sliding doors w/ floor to ceiling windows. It’s a modern and motorized take on your old school vertical blinds. It’s beautiful!!
