I am so happy with my solar shades from Made in the Shade. Evan was very patient with my analysis paralysis and never made me feel foolish. He gave advice but didn't push. They are exactly what I needed.

What an incredible experience! I asked for a consult online and got an email reaching out to schedule an in-home consult within a day. I explained what I was looking for and was provided several options/links to product websites before they came out which made things incredibly easy for me to pick out. The resources provided to me allowed me to not only narrow down the type of shading I needed but also the color I wanted. The in-home consult just helped to confirm my choices. I went with a child safe motorized blind. The installation process was so easy and they took our old blinds away for free. Working with Evan was absolutely delightful, as he was kind and conversational. He did the installation so quickly and explained exactly how I could use the app and remote to control the blind settings. We are so pleased with how they look and we definitely will be using them for future shading projects. Can’t thank these guys enough for their thoughtful approach to the whole process!

Extraordinary Customer Service!!! At every single level. This was one of the top 3 experiences we have had in 30 years of home service. John & Evan are truly exceptional and were from the jump, responding to my initial query within Minutes. This is our third Made in the Shade purchase in as many states, (All Very positive) so the bar was set high. We had not quite 40 shades installed and these were a combination of Motorized, Smart Fit, Single Cell, Light Filtering & Faux Wood, all by Norman (brand) I was floored by how exquisite the Faux Wood shades are and equally impressed by John's knowledge as to Why we should Not purchase real wood. (My initial want) #Integrity is Number One with this company and the Professionalism is off the charts. The install went incredibly smoothly and we are Thrilled with the results. I would hire this team again in a split second and can tell you that there are not enough stars nor superlatives to adequately express our full confidence & delight!!! :)

I had some motorized shades that had stopped working, each for a different reason. Evan diagnosed each problem quickly and addressed them efficiently, and refreshed all the battery powered units. It was not obvious to me that they do outside awnings but they do. This will probably be the next project.

We hired Made in the Shade to replace our bathroom blind which was a custom size. Evan came out the next day when I called for an estimate. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. He brought several sample books for me to review which was great for me to hold up to my tile, etc. so I felt good about the selection I made. The shade came in when I was told, and Evan came back out to install the new shade and remove the old shade. It looks great!
