Extraordinary Customer Service!!! At every single level. This was one of the top 3 experiences we have had in 30 years of home service. John & Evan are truly exceptional and were from the jump, responding to my initial query within Minutes. This is our third Made in the Shade purchase in as many states, (All Very positive) so the bar was set high. We had not quite 40 shades installed and these were a combination of Motorized, Smart Fit, Single Cell, Light Filtering & Faux Wood, all by Norman (brand) I was floored by how exquisite the Faux Wood shades are and equally impressed by John's knowledge as to Why we should Not purchase real wood. (My initial want) #Integrity is Number One with this company and the Professionalism is off the charts. The install went incredibly smoothly and we are Thrilled with the results. I would hire this team again in a split second and can tell you that there are not enough stars nor superlatives to adequately express our full confidence & delight!!! :)

Made in the Shade did a fabulous job installing shutters throughout our home in 2020. We called them for a motorized sunshade for our porch this year and had another great experience working with the team. Strongly recommend Mike, Ron, and the entire Made in the Shade team!
We have used Made in the Shade twice for outdoor patio shades and I cannot recommend them more highly. Alex and Cyndi are professional, competent and so knowledgeable about their products. The same is true of their installers. I received bids from two other local companies and neither could hold a candle to Made in the Shade. And on top of that, they are just nice people to be around. I love my shades...and this company!!

This company is great! Waheed was very easy to talk to and explained all the great features of the retractable awning. Love the remote control and wind sensor. There were many different fabric colors to choose from.
Installation happened the day after my HOA approved it! And the installation was done quickly.
