Highly recommend Made in the shade! Kristie was great! The whole process was simple and easy from start to finish. They do an initial consult to help you work through options then send a team for measurements and install. We went with the blackout motorized shades and the blackout is truly blackout (can’t see my hand in front of my face)! Also has ability to connect to an app and set up scheduling for when to open and close (ask for app capability).

We are pleased with how our new blinds look and operate. Made in the Shade made the entire process easy. Everything was well explained during the purchase and installation. We were renovating a room so we had to delay installing some of the window treatments. When the room was finished, the Made in the Shade installer responded quickly and did the install as perfectly as the other windows.

We bought zebra shades for our home from a company in Dallas, but they went out of business, so I reached out to Made in the Shade in Abilene when we were having trouble with one of them. They stayed on top of it until it was finally replaced by the manufacturer. Although they didn’t get the original sale, they gave us incredible customer service when the original store couldn’t! I would highly recommend Cindi and Made in the Shade for all your window covering needs!

We had backporch screens that were torn due to high winds...:( Made in the Shade came out measured, showed us color choices & got them ordered👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼However, we apparently have really good taste🤭 because manufacturer was having trouble getting the color "frame" we picked!!! After several times waiting on our color, we were given a choice of the mfgs "upgraded" colors, - FREE OF CHARGE - & once these were shipped & received, MIS came out within days & got them hung❣️❣️❣️They look beautiful! We are so excited to once again, have the shades in place & functional🤗🤗🤗Thank you, MIS
