Aaron and Nick were here promptly at 8am as scheduled. They were kind and courteous workers who never interrupted me as I worked remotely. They worked hard all day. I’m not sure they even took a lunch break. The job was completed before 4pm. My new walk in shower is beautiful and they did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend Aaron and Nick for any job!

After further review of the caulking the installers did, an area needs redone. Didn’t notice it before they left because it was hidden behind a trash can. There’s caulk on the trim they put on and it looks terrible! They didn’t take a plug in cover off and left a whole area without caulk.

Lucas came to give us a quote for new windows. He was very resourceful and helped us with decisions that helped save money. He spent significant time with us, making sure we understood everything and that we were satisfied with the decisions. He was not "pushy" about the purchase. We replaced the first four of many windows in our home. Having had a very informative sales associate explain our options, we decided to go with Mad City for our replacements. Our windows were done ahead of schedule and an install date agreed upon that worked around our schedule.
When our installer (Will) arrived, he was prompt, courteous, and ready to work. He respected our home and put up sheeting to protect our furniture and floors (sheeting over the window openings to protect from dust and debris).
He was obviously well experienced in the removal of our old windows and installed our new ones with the expertise of a skilled craftsman which he is.
He paid particular attention to one of our window openings that wasn’t quite square and made adjustments to his install so the windows were square and operated without sticking or slipping.
At the conclusion, the worksite was cleaned and all debris, including the old windows were removed from the property and the area left just as it had been before construction.
We are very pleased with the installation and expect the product to perform as advertised, understanding that we have a lifetime warranty.

We booked Mad City to remodel our kitchen and install a dish washer in April.
I sent a link to one Robert on April 21 to confirm that what I was about to purchase (Mad City does not provide its own appliance...which would avert this occurrence) was appropriate for the job in question.
He indicated that it was.
They have measurements of our kitchen and details of the appliance.
That was April 21.
Today June 9, (we waited this long for install) they are now saying they can't install the washer because the hoses don't reach.
We are trying to list our home in the next two weeks and we have had to scramble and shell out an additional $1,000 on a plumber.
Not so much as a discount from Mad City, nothing. They talk to us like Comcast from South Park, hiding behind the contract.
Never again!
UPDATE: Also messed up my kitchen floor.
