The quality of this company's craftsmanship is unmatched from the framing to the trim work to the lighting and boat lifts ate second to non !! If you want the best boat house on the lake you must give then a call !! And each boat house comes with a bottle of the best Tennessee has to offer to christening it with ! Trust me u won be disappointed im extremely happy with what I have seen in each boat house from the small to big ! Give them a call u promise you wont be disappointed 😊

First-rate experience from beginning to end; couldn’t be happier with the results. Hired MADB to resurface 20 year old dock and rebuild stairs from house to dock (nearly 60 steps). Steve was terrific to work with - very responsive, gave us multiple options to consider, and clearly described the work entailed. MADB accommodated our schedule constraints and completed the project ahead of schedule. Workmanship is top-notch.

Mid-Atlantic Dock Builders built our dock at Lake Anna and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The whole process was easy from start to finish. They helped with the permits, answered all our questions, and kept us in the loop the whole time. The dock is solid, looks awesome, and was done exactly how we wanted. Their crew was super friendly and respectful while working on our property too. You can tell they’ve done a lot of these around the lake. If you’re looking to build a dock or boathouse on Lake Anna, definitely give them a call. They made it simple and stress-free.

Top notch work. Could not recommend them more, very professional and their work is amazing. If your looking looking for a basic dock or something so elaborate you could basically live in it I would give them a shout you wont be disappointed.

These guys build great boathouses… kept my boat high and dry for a long time… even had one of the cool, covered party decks up top. 10 stars if I could… best boathouses on Lake Anna…. Go get you one…. I’m considering having them build me one on my off water lot to park my boat under and party up top, because they are that damn awesome… if you haven’t talked to Steve, Charles, or BIG MAC you are gonna come up short….
