I called Mac plumbing & heating solutions because I could smell gas in the cupboard under my gas hob. Ewan came as soon as he could, found the problem within minutes and fixed it. Without being pushy, he suggested I had some minor pipe work done to prevent it happening again, I asked him to book me in and I had an appointment booked to suit me by the next day.
Brilliant service, I couldn't ask for more.

Excellent quick service. Ewan gave me a price over the phone and when he came to diagnose the fault it was exactly the same. Parts were available next working day and boiler was repaired as quick as possible.
They were polite, clean and courteous throughout and I would definitely recommend them to work on my boiler etc again

After moving house and the boiler breaking. I was unsure who to call to come out and fix it. After a friend saw a company who had got good comments on facebook. She recommended MAC plumbing and heating solutions Ltd and I'm so glad she did from start to finish Ewan was polite. Patient and explained things as he went along. Ewan communicated with me on dates and times. Arrived on time and got to work quickly. Making having a new boiler fitted stress.free. Ewan was respectful of property, cleaned up and took rubbish away with him. He was patient and answered my questions on how to work the new controller. From start to finish Ewan put me at ease.
