After several hours of waiting for the AA to help me, in the end they found Ross who was going off shift but he came anyway. Charming, communicative and brilliant company in the van as he took me and my car to where we were going. He even parked it beautifully in the designated space. Great guy. Great company. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
What a recovery, quick, friendly and my motorbike was treated like the most precious cargo (which to me, she is).
Ross was professional, knowledgeable and a joy to deal it. He was with me at the time he said and got me and the bike to the garage for the quick repair it needed.

Rossi from M4 Rescue was brilliant. He understood my children's needs, (neurodiverse)communicated what would happen at every step. Temporarily fixed my tyre, checked the vehicle's settings, and ensured we were safe to drive. He gave good instructions to get the tyre replaced as soon as possible and to drive carefully. He was very kind, considerate and caring and understood the situation and safely got us on our way home. Thank you Rossi!
I had been stranded on the me for 3 hours with car recovery after car recovery cancelling on me until it got to Rossi. Who assures me he was picking me up and he called when he was close too to ensure I knew he was coming. He turned up and put my mind at easy with his kind chat and wasy banter. He was fantastic got me safe and assures my next recovery vehicle was alloted.
