Came here for a V02 Max & Lactate Threshold test. I'm so glad I did as they know their stuff ! Finger pricks were taken to accurately test lactate build up and this was the only place I found that offered this, so if you want the job doing properly then M20 is the place. Adam discussed my results on the day and then I had a thorough written report with a few days that included recommendations on how to incorporate the data into my training. Ill defo be back & would recommend M20 to my friends.
Had injury assessment and recovery sessions with Ryan P after I got injured when marathon training and couldn't recommend more! Really thorough diagnostic assessment, Ryan explained exactly what he thought was wrong, built a clear staged recovery plan, and ensured I understood what exercises I needed to do and why.
