Moved on here in February and not looked back since. Alison and Bella have been fantastic throughout. The park is quiet, clean and professionally run. We looked at a lot of parks and found this the best place to be, very friendly and the staff are polite and helpful.

Nice settings and lodges
Ideal place to have holiday home.
Alison is very helpful and knowledgeable to.give all the info you need.
We would defined would like to buy at least 38' 2 bedroomed

Looks nice from the outside , don't forget your wellies as for the drainage there is none , the site fees are well over £5000, nothing on there to shout about had a good look round , and looked at where the shower block is with the laundry and drier and was told by one of the owners they are to be demolished and everyone as to get there own washing machine, So we bought one on Great Birchwood, thumbs down for that Lytham Edge Place , complete rip of.

We have been owners on here for around a year now and just recently upgraded to something a bit bigger it's a really nice peaceful place everybody is really nice a proper community feel Nick Megan and Alison in the office are really kind and helpful and nothing is too much for them the maintenance lads are great too!!

Fantastic site set in its own beautiful grounds, we bought our "Happy Place" 6 months ago and could not be happier with our purchase. Nick, Megan, Alison and the rest of the team are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Would recommend to anyone looking for a holiday home. Worth 5 Stars all day long

Nick, Megan and Alison are the best staff ever to have on this park. Infact all of the staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. A great place to live, we can relax, have fun and generally enjoy life go by. A brilliant place to be. Sharon
