This company is a bunch of criminals. They trespassed on our land and filled our tank up illegally without us contacting them. Then kept sending us bills and past due notices.
Then when we told them to come get the tank but someone had to be here to avoid driving on our leach field, they trespassed yet again and got the tank when we were not home.
Them when they issued the refund they shorted us on the refund because they can't understand basic math and letter writing.
They are overpriced and have horrible customer service.
Lyons Propane staff answering the phone have patiently answered all my questions. This has been helpful as I am a new customer in the propane world. Delivery is timely and unobtrusive. Friendly people!

Lyons Propane is the best as far as we are concerned!!!! When we had some health issues this winter, the driver told me not to worry as he would stop by and make sure we always had PLENTY of propane and would not run out. Comforting to know that was one less thing to worry about. Thank you for always checking on us!!!!

We have been customers for 20 years. I guess the company has changed hands. I am very disappointed in the change with the pre buy program. I have always used this program to save money. they use to give the customer the benefit if the price of propane was lower than what you paid, you would get the lower price. I will be switching to a different company when my credit is used up and change to one that will look out for my best interest. It is sad to have to change.

Hi, Jill. We're sorry for any confusion, but the prebuy program has been a fixed price program for over a decade. The CAP Price program, however, does not require any prepay and does give the benefit of a lower price dependent on the market prices at time of delivery. It only requires a $45 enrollment to participate. Any of our team members would be happy to assist you with this enrollment process or any other questions you may have.
Lyons Propane is a wonderful company to do business with. Everyone from the person that answers the phone to the delivery driver is always polite, upbeat and very friendly. Our driver even took the time to write us a note thanking us for a recent driveway upgrade we did. I don't have enough positive words to say about how much we appreciate the professional and personal service we receive from this company!
