Had a great experience with Lyon Lifts when we purchased a new-to-us Genie S-40. Communication with Max was great and the safety and delivery was completed quickly. We ran into some minor fuel issues after some use and they came through to fix the issue expediently. We will definitely be in touch when we plan to purchase another machine!

Wow ! In today’s world it’s hard to buy a piece of equipment sigh unseen, nevermind paying for it ahead of time not knowing what you’re getting yourself into. Well let me tell you, Romain was absolutely outstanding, pictures, explanations, terms and conditions, explaining his commitment to quality, and very transparent with all the details of the unit. I then decided to jump in and purchase a unit from him. Unit was in Utah, USA and I’m in British Columbia Canada. I sent him the money and within a week I had my unit delivered to me, by an extremely professional driver with nice clean equipment and trailer with ramps. The unit is a genie 3369 off road scissor lift The unit was absolutely impeccable. It’s 10 years old, 1800 hours, very very well cared for and blew away all my expectations. It was even full of fuel ready to work. Thank you Lyon lift, Romain, outstanding service. I will be back for more ! Merci et à la prochaine

My experience with Lyon Lift was excellent. I had some doubts at first because I had never heard of this company before, and I was buying a machine unseen. But my salesman, Theo, was amazing. He located multiple Machines to give me multiple options. Once I agree to a machine, He took care of all my questions and concerns, always answered the phone, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Lyon Lift handled the shipping and border crossing from Wisconsin, USA to Montreal, Quebec, which made everything stress-free. Theo reassured me the entire time, and I truly felt I could trust him. I bought a 2016 6042 JLG SkyTrak I highly recommend Lyon Lift to anyone looking for equipment

October 2025 - I purchased a 2017 JLG Skytrak 10054 telehandler from Maxime Poutrain. He came recommended by a colleague who had recently purchased a couple 2019 JLG’s from Lyon Lifts BC. The customer service I received from Max was absolutely top-notch. He sent many different units from his inventory until we found the machine that was a perfect fit - as well as a brand new jib and man-basket. The machine came from New York and was shipped to me in Nova Scotia by Lyon Lifts British Columbia… and the whole thing was smooth as heck thanks to Max. Highly recommend 10/10 PS - when the unit arrived, there was a couple minor repairs/adjustments that I requested and Max immediately arranged for a local United Rentals mechanic to complete the work. My machine runs like a dream and I am stoked to never rent another telehandler in this lifetime!! THANKS MAX!!

Bought a RT Scissor lift from Theo. Can be a little nerve wracking buying equipment sight unseen. The only issue was the battery, someone left the lockout on which killed the battery and wouldn’t hold a charge after. Informed them of the issue and it was immediately resolved with a new battery covered under the 14 day warranty. The communication and experience was great, will be using Lyon Lifts for future equipment purchases. A+++

There was some unforeseen issues with the machine however Max rectified everything in a timely manner and resolved all the issues.
