Hi Laura, We are very sorry for your experience. You were informed via text message prior to your visit that we do no accept Alle rewards and we are not listed in the Alle directory. Even still, we tried to contact our rep to accept your points, but we were unable to do it during your visit. We agreed we would attempt again and follow up in a few days. You received $91 in discounts versus the $20 in Alle rewards you wanted to claim. The follow up visit is a free visit that includes complimentary 5 units to do touch ups and red light therapy - at no charge to you. Our patients love this follow up appointment because we can make sure we achieved their results. It is not a required appointment and you can decline.

We're sorry to hear about your negative experience, Austin. I personally checked in with you three times during your IV and there was no negative experience brought to my attention. Neither the Nurse nor I received any complaints from you, no comment about feeling faint, no blood of any kind and your girlfriend left a 5-star review while you were both in the chair receiving the IV. You told me you were very happy! You became disappointed when you found out the service was not free. I'm very sorry you thought the IV was free, but this is not posted anywhere on our website. The promotion was a free b12 shot with your first IV (starting at $99). The ad copy reads "Take advantage of our nutritional IV therapy and enhance your health! Book now and get a free B12 shot with your session." This is a link to the promotion: https://lyb.care/body-treatments/iv-therapy-offer-gc. It does not say the IV session is free. It states it is $99 for 2 ingredients. You received over $250 in medical grade ingredients and services. We love our patients very much, but we do not provide free services.
