Having been let down by other plumbers I opted for LW Plumbing - Lui was punctual, polite and friendly and walked me through the possible solutions for a tricky installation. I've been using Lui for about 3 years now for all of my gas safetys & plumbing & boiler works, and Lui's service has been nothing short of excellent. As a business we've worked with many plumbers & companies, and the reason we continue to work with Lui is because he is transparent with all works that need doing & fees associated. He is honest, personable, has good values, is professional, efficient, and hardworking. He has grown his business over the years, and though he has become much more busy, he always makes time for emergency calls outs, and booking in works. Last year, he replaced my boiler and also fixed my heating lines that were completely blocked — something no one else managed to solve. Professional, reliable, and truly skilled. Highly recommend his services.

5* review for Lui who has been a godsend over the last year as the plumbing in my flat fell apart. He has been incredibly honest, fair and knowledgeable which has been much appreciated after a bad experience with someone else, even researching and directing me to buy parts to save costs. Can't vouch highly enough for LW Plumbing.

We’re very happy with Lui’s work. We’ve had a tricky bathroom fix and Lui has been so helpful and flexible, working around us doing bits ourselves and waiting for parts to arrive. He listened to all our concerns and was super informative, talking through options. Everything is done to a high standard and very reasonably priced. Him and Finn were a pleasure to have around. I can’t recommend him enough and well definitely be using Lui for any future plumbing work!!
