The arrangement of my husband’s funeral was perfect. All the staff, especially Jeremy, were very kind and supportive and accommodated our requests. Everyone who attended the celebration of his life had nothing but praise for the whole ‘service’. And the venue was perfect too. Thank you for making a sad day uplifting and a fitting tribute to my wonderful husband.

I can’t rate Clutterbucks highly enough. We laid our dear mum to rest yesterday and the service they provided was faultless. Even dear Alie wearing a beautiful turquoise scarf that I got to choose after being given a choice of colours. The walk up our road made everything that more special. Alie’s kindness from start to finish will forever stay in my heart and looking after mum so beautifully with respect and love. The photo tribute with the music was spot on that Jeremy arranged. You made a very sad time that much easier to bare. Thank you.

Our family have used Clutterbucks in the past few years to organise crematorium services for both parents and then a memorial service for them both in their local church. As they are a local company Clutterbucks were able to assist with adding personal touches to the service and were very supportive throughout the process. We would highly recommend them.

A kind, caring and unpretentious funeral directors. This really mattered when we were getting to grips with the death of a loved one. The team at Clutterbucks were down to earth and easy to talk to, having checked other funeral directors who were pushy, fake and felt like they were on the hard sell, Cluttebucks treat you like a human. Genuinely decent business, run by genuine people, we were really impressed. will always highly recommend!

Words simply can't cover the wonderful support we had from Del and the whole team at Clutterbucks. From the moment we saw the Thornbury office we knew that this was the place that we would want mum to be when she could no longer be with us. The care she received was second to none and we were further comforted by wonderful stories that we were told by third parties of how the team treated the deceased in their care, by treating them as we would have done by keeping her part of their minds and day just as we would have. Clutterbucks made everything easy from their organisation of the cremation itself to providing access to mum as and when we wanted. They recommend a wonderful celebrant Sue Chard who sat with us to understand mum and truly presented the essence of who mum was. Nothing was too much trouble and Del went above and beyond our expectations to help us through such a sad time. We opted for a bright funeral and they really didn't disappoint seeing mum lead by such a strong bright female (Del) would have made her so happy. Clutterbucks took the time to understand what mum had requested and to meet our needs. As I started words cannot express fully our gratitude but if this helps another family to receive the same comfort we got then I cannot recommend Clutterbucks (Del) enough.

I decided to pop in here after work on the off-chance they might have the right type of Dulux paint I needed... not only did they have the right paint they also had loads of other things I wanted too. I was expecting this small hardware shop to be expensive and of limited range ... but no... it had everything I wanted at a reasonable price. The lady in the shop was also friendly and helpful :)
