We had an excellent experience with Jamaica Luxury Vans during my visit—everything was seamless from start to finish.
Our chauffeur, Mr. Mike, was especially outstanding: pleasant, professional, punctual, and genuinely attentive throughout. The service went above expectations, including complimentary refreshments that made the journey even more comfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Jamaica who wants reliable, high-quality transportation.

The driver was early and did an excellent job. Very personable. Car was clean and he had cold towels snacks and drinks for us. Highly recommended!
Overpriced
I booked with trip advisor, the fee was $250, ONE WAY!!!! I was under the impression it was a round trip fare, this is how I always book my transportation, the sad thing is on my own oversight it was a one way trip, when I booked my return through a local merchant the one way fee was 50 dollars, Keep in mind I was picked up in a E-Class high end vehicle, but even that car through a local merchant was 140, still 100 dollars less that trip advisor, so before you click submit do some of your own due diligence and see how much you can save NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE BOOKING,

I understand the frustration, however our product clearly states it's a one-way transfer and our agent contacted you to explain that, and also that Viator add a hefty commission on top of our prices so it's really out of our hands here. I believe you received a great service, as we received no complaints about that, and that the 3 star rating is because of the price. We provide luxury service with drinks, cold towels, snacks and luxury vehicles and local merchants use regular cabs hence the price difference. We used the service of Luxury Vans during our recent trip to Antigua. The service was for transportation from the Airport to our Resort and return back to the airport for our departure.
We were more than completely satisfied with the service provided by the two drivers involved. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, well presented and, above all very pleasant to deal with.
We had no issues whatsoever, and when we return to Antigua in the near future, we plan to use your service(s) and, in addition will recommend your services to any of our friends who may travel to Antigua.

This company is awesome! Their communication is wonderful. They met my husband and I at the airport with our name on a sign and had fresh, cold local beer and juice available for us upon arrival to the car. The driver, J, was so kind and hilarious. He made us feel like we were home! He pointed out different plants and animals and taught us a few things about the culture! It was awesome. Highly recommend. Oh and the car was a NICEEE Mercedes
