Dennis Pope is AMAZING!!! I would highly recommend Luxury Home Elevator! Our home elevator was stuck between floors and I called to set up an appointment but instead Dennis called right away and walked me through what to do to figure out what was wrong. He immediately knew the problem that our backup battery had gone bad. I ordered another one and he sent me detailed instructions of how to hook it back up. I am VERY impressed with his prompt customer service!!!

I have a 2-floor home elevator that was making a steady high-pitched noise. I called Dennis (whose name and phone number was on the control panel) and left a message. He called back the next day and quickly determined that the backup battery failed. When I did what he said, the noise stopped. I checked the elevator after that and it works fine. I ordered another battery per Dennis. He was courteous and did a great job over the phone. I highly recommend him.

I do not know about this company for other locations, BUT in GA.... I paid 50% of the total costs which is what the invoice amount was for on August 20th. I was also told that it would be a 12 - 18 wk lead-time. WE ARE AT 21 WEEKS!!! With no real updates from them except your order is still in production. Do your job and call someone at Cambridge that can give you a delivery date. If they can't, then ask for the next level up. I worked in production control on a DoD contract and was able to talk to production supervisors and schedulers to get a pretty accurate timeframe. To tell me otherwise is complete bull. Hope I haven't been scammed out of almost 19K!!
The Luxury Home Elevator people have been great to work with. They installed our Cambridge unit a year ago and have been right on the ball to take care of any concerns we have had. They just completed the first annual inspection and went through the entire system to ensure continued flawless operation. We're so pleased to be able to stay in our house. All because of the elevator.
Huge shout-out to Dennis and Lysa Pope of Luxury Home Elevator. They have worked tirelessly to schedule and repair a pesky problem with our elevator. Dennis and crew came out last week. They methodically troubleshot until the problem could be identified and repaired. Excellent work! Great customer service. Right on time. Reasonable price. Full explanation of elevator system and the problem. If you need service on your elevator, give them a call!

I have an older elevator, needed it serviced. Have had trouble getting my previous service provider to return my calls. My wife did a google search and found this company- Luxury Home Elevator - they have great reviews. I called and actually got to talk to a real person and got my questions answered and got on schedule. They came today and I’m totally satisfied! I give 5 stars! Good service . Educated me on some things. Adjusted and fixed a few minor issues. Best part is I was educated but I was not sold some expensive service contract . I’ll call them again if I have any problems. I highly recommend!!!

We just had our second annual elevator service performed by Luxury Home Elevator. Although the appoinment time had to be changed at the last minute, the guys were great and very efficient; I feel very confident that my elevator is running well. Will use them again next year!
