We used this valet service during the grand opening of our business, and I can confidently say we were extremely happy and satisfied with their performance. The team arrived one hour before the scheduled time to ensure everything was organized and running smoothly, especially during peak hours. Their preparation and professionalism gave us great peace of mind on such an important day. They were very presentable, well-dressed, and maintained a professional appearance at all times. They greeted and welcomed our customers warmly, creating a very positive first impression for our event. What impressed me the most was their dedication. Even after their scheduled time had finished, they did not leave when one of the customers was late to collect his car. They stayed until all cars were properly handed over and the job was fully completed — without asking for any extra charges. Their professionalism, commitment, and excellent customer service truly exceeded our expectations. Without any doubt, I highly recommend them and will definitely use their service again in the future.

Absolutely outrageous service. We waited for 45 mins for our car before questioning what was taking so long. In the end we went down to the car park ourselves to find all the staff sitting around and chatting in a room in the car park!! Totally unacceptable service for a prestigious place charging huge prices for dining.

We went to a beach club and Luxe were handling the valet drivers, i have never seen parking attendants dress so smartly. Honestly the best valet parking experience i have had in Dubai they were so nice and got the car back to us quickly when we left. thank youu ❤️
