Very nice people. Good staff. A nurse, both Physical and Occupational Therapists who each spend an hour, twice per week, working with you to get your body healed. I have used Luxe for my driving to the hospital every week. They are always on time very supportive find and very good drivers. My husband has recently started Physical Theortheropist under Luxe. The theropist is so positive that my husband has never pushed himself as much and progressed so well under hen using trar care. I now are using home health care. and I connot tell you how excellent they are. I had a previous company that was terrible Maya and Monica are really superb follow ups calling come with a plan to go through with expertise and professionalism. They are really above and beyond THANK YOU JILL

We are so grateful for the incredible care our mother has received from her occupational therapist, Maya. What truly sets her apart is not only her high level of professionalism, but also her kind and compassionate attitude. After the fire, our mother had to move between several facilities, and the transition was extremely difficult for her. Thankfully, we were able to return to the same agency she had worked with in the past, and seeing Maya again brought a sense of comfort, joy, and hope back into her life. thank Luxe for having such a wonderful team. Also a big thank you to the nursing staff!

I just cannot say enough good things about Luxe Homecare. I am so grateful to have stumbled upon this company when my mom (not an easy patient) suddenly required one-on-one around the clock care in a skilled nursing facility after hospitalization for traumatic brain injury. I couldn't believe how quickly and seamlessly Brian scheduled a care team of the most compassionate, patient, helpful, thoughtful, attentive, friendly, respectful, reliable caregivers I have ever worked with. I remember the first night when we checked into the SNF, my mom and I were both apprehensive and worried, and then Zoila showed up. Kind, warm, experienced, she reassured both of us, eased my mom through the first (sleepless) night and fixed everything. My mom bonded with each Luxe caregiver - no exceptions! Communication was excellent, there was not one snafu over the whole month. What could have been a period of intense stress became an enjoyable, productive experience thanks to Luxe and its wonderful employees. What a relief. I would return to Luxe in a heartbeat for any care needs and effusively recommend this exceptional company to anyone. My deepest appreciation and thanks go to the whole team working with us: Brian, Zoila, Ferdie, Rocky, Mary Rose, Maria, DeNeisha, Glenda, and Hilario. Luxe Home care provides outstanding service and are extremely accommodating with respect to their transportation services. I have a client from out-of-state who is scheduled for surgery after one of the major hospitals in Santa Monica. Hend he needed to be transported to his hotel after undergoing surgery. The hospital would not release him to an uber driver and he had no friends or relatives who could accompany him. The surgery was not going to occur if transportation arrangements could not be made. This was developing into a huge problem. I called Luxe Home Care and selected their transportation services option. I was connected with Brian. After explaining the issue, he assured me Luxe Home Care could pick up my client from the hospital and transported him to his hotel, all at a reasonable price. Brian made follow-up calls which were above and beyond the call of duty just to make sure that everything would occur smoothly. Based on this experience, I have no hesitation in referring others to Luxe Home Care.

When I first contacted Brian he’s very professional and open minded regarding the needs of my patient. He’s is very communicative specially getting feedbacks to make sure the caregivers are representing the company in the best possible way. The caregivers Luxe has are very knowledgeable and are compassionate towards providing care. They treat the patient with utmost respect which is a criteria I can say that elderly patients deserve. Luxe Homecare was a godsend to my family. Their caregivers, staff, leadership and home health providers were all excellent. We never had one complaint. We loved all of their caregivers and so did my parents. Very professional. If there ever was an issue, it was handled immediately. The only reason we no longer use them is because my father’s home burned down in the Palisades fire, and we had to relocate him to another area. I highly recommend Luxe Homecare to anyone. They are 100% worth every penny.

What a terrific, no hassle transportation service, from making the initial booking, receiving a confirmation from my driver the morning of the ride, and his courteousness and punctuality throughout! The van was safe and roomy. The price was very reasonable for the service offered. I would use them again!

Now January 2025, Luxe again proved to be an extraordinary blessing to our family during the Palisades fire. My parents, 90 and 93 yrs old, disabled in wheelchairs, were living about 2 mins from the start of the disastrous fire. Brian Cedeno of Luxe proactively phoned us and asked if we needed evacuation help before I could even call him! We scrambled to get my parents evacuated, with flames on our back hill. There hadn't even been time for an official fire warning to be issued yet. Dad was in one car with Brian and Darryl, Mom in another with our super Luxe caregiver Cecy, myself in a third. They took the car with Dad to pick up another Luxe client nearby and got him to safety at their home office. Cecy and Mom in their car, and myself in my car, got stuck in the gridlock with flames approaching, but eventually got to Luxe's office. Luxe then drove Dad to our evacuation hotel and Cecy drove Mom. All this was barely in time before the town burned along with Luxe's offices. Cecy our regular caregiver was an angel staying with us through all the fire drama and later hotel stays. Luxe demonstrated that it really, truly cares about their clients, to the point of taking personal risk in driving into a fire zone to rescue us, and remaining with us through the whole scary unfolding of the disastrous destruction. We can never thank Luxe enough for saving us! Wheelchair-bound evacuations are especially challenging. And they called us first to volunteer!! Never think twice about entrusting your loved ones to Luxe Home Care! Review from 2 years ago: Luxe is a total blessing for our family in all aspects. We engaged them for Home Care for my 88 and 91 year old parents and couldn't be happier. Brian is truly talented in matching the caregiver to my parents' needs and personalities. A perfect fit! When our caregiver has a sudden, rare personal absence, Luxe finds a substitute within hours at the latest. The caregivers are very professional, respectful, courteous and seeking to be helpful. Plus, Luxe takes safety in all forms (including Covid) very seriously. Luxe is also fabulous in Home Health for both my parents. Nenette is very organized in scheduling physical therapy for both and dealing with the Medicare rules. The physical therapist is talented and up-beat. The nurses are very competent and cheerful for assessments. Luxe arranged special care nurse visits when needed. Luxe is also marvelous with Transportation. They can do both wheelchair van and car transportation and assist my parents at the doctor appointments for lifts as needed. They are great drivers. Everyone at Luxe is so very pleasant to work with. I originally chose them due to their excellent reviews and they have exceeded my expectations! You won't regret choosing Luxe for your loved ones!
