Recently rented a space here. The facility is very nice with a dump station/wash bay. The facility appears very secure with an on-site manager whom is very friendly and helpful.

Came in this morning with a reservation and was pleasantly greeted by the property manager, John. He made the experience easy and simple. He was thorough in the walk through and showing me how everything operates. John was very friendly and easy going.

My name is Jose S. I met John the manager at this facility a few months ago and he was extremely courteous and efficient with his detailed information in regard to the spots at this facility. Now that I finally made up my mind, I called and the amazing woman who answered all of my questions patiently over the phone called John to let him know what type of spot I was looking for and John went the extra mile for me and walked the spots that were available over the phone to provide details that I asked about the spot. The team for this facility is amazing and although I can’t remember the name of the nice female operator that answered the phone, I would like to say thank you to both of them as they are the reason why I decided to store my RV at this facility. They are an amazing team and treated me like family. Thank John and the woman over the phone on Saturday when I called. The RV community is all about family, great camaraderie and trust and I believe with John and the rest of the team, I can say that a lot of us will feel safe at this facility. Thank you 🙏

I had an outstanding experience with John at LuxeGuard in Pittsburg. From the moment I arrived, he was courteous, welcoming, and incredibly helpful in getting me situated. He truly made me feel at home, and I immediately knew my rig would be secure in his care. The facility itself is impressive—clean, spacious, and extremely well kept. It’s large enough to comfortably fit my 40-ft diesel pusher, and parking it was far easier than I expected thanks to the wide layout and accessible design. Everything about the property reflects attention to detail and pride in the service they provide. What really sold me, though, was learning that John lives on-site. That level of commitment and presence gives an extra layer of peace of mind you just don’t find everywhere. His customer service is truly top notch, and it shows in every interaction. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I feel completely confident storing my rig here, and I’ll absolutely be recommending LuxeGuard—and John—to anyone looking for secure, high-quality storage.

I arrived late Sunday evening to check out the location for my travel trailer. I met with Guillermo and was impressed. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable. And as a bonus, it’s a great location!! Very clean, covered spots, and most importantly, secure. They also have a washing station and dump station. You won’t find a better price in this area for the amenities they offer. I got a spot. You should too.
