We have been using LUX Cars for our Mastercard, Senior Vice President’s travel needs, and the experience has been outstanding. The service is exceptionally reliable, with punctual pickups and smooth journeys every time. Being a local provider, they offer great flexibility and understanding of the area, which makes planning effortless. Lucas really is a great communicator and makes sure we have everything that we need. My Senior Vice President travels a lot, so her plans can change very suddenly. But Lucas, has been so adaptable and understanding to these changes always What really stands out is that the service remains within budget without compromising on quality, which is a huge plus for corporate travel. The professionalism of the drivers and the comfort of the vehicles have consistently met our expectations. We had a great experience with Lux Cars recently. We booked them for our shopping trip to Bicester village from London. Driver was on time and the vehicle was very clean! Driver was also very helpful and professional! They provided us with free access to the apartments in Bicester village which was very helpful when traveling with small children! We used Lux Cars for the first time and we can honestly say we will use them again. We had an airport transfer both ways and the driver was on time, smart and drove very well and very professional . We were very comfortable not only in the car but felt very comfortable with the driver. We were not expecting the driver to meet us in the main lobby of the airport with our name held on an electronic device. I would recommend using Lux Cars as they did not let us down. We had arrived earlier than expected, but the driver was there waiting for us.

He also kept us well updated with pick up times both in Banbury and London. The vehicle provided was beyond our expectations, extremely spacious and comfortable for the seven passengers. I recently booked Luxcars taxi service for a return journey to Heathrow airport Terminal 5. From the moment I engaged with them, they acted in a very courteous and professional manner and this remained the case throughout our interaction. We were picked up spot on time (after an earlier call from them to confirm their arrival) by a very friendly driver in a spotless luxury minibus. Before we were due to fly back from our holiday, they contacted us via text messaging to provide us with the exact instructions of what we should do when we arrive back at Heathrow. The driver arrived within minutes of us leaving the terminal building. I was very impressed with Luxcars and can absolutely recommend their services. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
