Unfortunately, my consultation with Code 5003 was not a good experience. Throughout the session, I felt suppressed. The communication style felt rushed and uncomfortable, especially since calm listening is very important in a consultation like this. After the session, I realized that an incorrect time had been entered into the software, which resulted in an entirely wrong chart and, consequently, inaccurate guidance. I was able to confirm this because I had taken screenshots of the chart being explained during the consultation. I reached out via email to report the issue, and while a partial refund was provided (thank you for that), the overall experience remained very unpleasant and disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve accuracy, communication, and client experience in the future. I would still give 5 stars to lunar astro as there are other astrologers that are great. sorry and thank you. 🙏
