I suffer from PCOS and after a LOT of research, I landed on Kerri’s wonderful business. I do not take laser treatments lightly as I have seen the horrific side effects that can happen in the hands of inexperienced and uneducated providers. You will not experience this with Kerri! My laser results have been fantastic and she is very upfront about what to expect and willing to educate if you have any questions or concerns. I feel much more confident and have Kerri to thank for that. I also hope to experience more of the facial offerings in the future when my laser is completed as well. You will not be disappointed.

My skin is so much better with regular hydrabrasion facials from Kerri! Facials with her are relaxing while still having an impact on my skin. The products she has recommended to me have also made a huge difference, but she’s never pushy and I always feel comfortable. I’ve seen her for several different services and have always been happy!

She is extremely knowledgeable and has helped to heal my skin from hormonal breakouts by creating a home skin routine, and educating me on how toxic most makeup is for our skin. 1st time I've heard of the name was from my aesthetician.. we were looking for another place (our old one closed down) that would do "laser touch-ups" or maintenance .. she saw that this spa uses the same laser technology machine we used before and it was an amazing one -- so i looked up the spa and read the reviews .. all seems promising.. so i booked an appointment booking a time was good and Kerri was very professional .. location was fantastic 👌🏼 -- close to home & easy to find .. it is a home based business which made it more comfortable & personable .. meeting time was great -- i usually feel intimidated with 1st time meeting..but Kerri was very easy to talk to 🥰 and NOT intimidating at all‼️ .. her place was clean, space was very well thought out and organized .. session -- Kerri explained the process (dos & don'ts..the why..etc) -- gave me more insight not only about what I was there for but about skin care .. knowledge about her services -- she knows her stuff and is welcome to questions about skin care .. she keeps herself up-to-date with recent research and graciously shares it with her clients goes above & beyond .. yes she does -- just days before a big trip -- i burnt an area by my cheekbone with a curling iron .. panic mode sets in -- i was researching etc and a notification popped up about Luminate Derm Spa posting a story on Instagram.. oh and that saved me -- I didn't know what to do so i sent her a message .. Kerri replied right away -- gave me pointers and a sample of a product to put on (nope no pushing on the products she sells but for me to apply and try)... I think it was 2 weeks after (i was already on vacation and followed Kerri's advice) i have noticed that there was no burn mark left and that my skin felt good ...needless to sat Kerri was a life saver!! Oh and not to mention -- she suggested these 2 other products for me to use for my trip and both were 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼saved my face from major sunburn ... and will definitely be purchasing them again!! so now as i sit here -- typing this review .. I have to tell you that I've been messaging Kerri since last night as my face has been stinging/burning with my newly purchased drugstore products (me trying to save $😵‍💫 forgetting i have sensitive skin) .. Kerri has again given me advice .. she didn't hesitate and was not pushy with the products she sells and has actually suggested other more affordable products since I told her I've just purchased those new ones and did not want to spend too much .. I mean what more can you ask for .. I have found someone who knows her craft, her products and services and is very personable ♥️ .. as cliché as this sounds-- heaven sent 🥰‼️ so if you are still reading my review .. you are going to send Kerri a message and start looking into a service that suits your needs and you won't regret it 😉👍🏼👌🏼‼️

Update Review: it's been 4 months now that I started my skincare journey with Luminate and my face looks like I have been seeing Kerri for the last 3 years! The results have been super amazing, the compliments make me cry, I have never had the courage to look in the mirror before, but now I admire the woman I see in the mirror every single time I look. If you haven't decided yet, I am a living proof that you should and you'll see amazing results. Thank you again Kerri..... Kerri is one of the most sweetest person I have ever met. She listened without judging, she showed love and compassion and understood my needs to the very tiny details. She is very professional and does not push you to buy any products unlike what you see out there at other spas. I very much enjoyed my first session with her and I am so excited for many more sessions. I highly recommend her.

Kerri deserves every 5 star review that comes her way. Back in October I had a cooking accident and was left with deep burns on my body. After finding another business that does aerolase in the city, that provider burned my stomach and left me with a large mark. Kerri did one algae peel for me and I could cry out of happiness. After the Zena peel, the mark is 100% gone. Kerri was so kind and knowledgeable from our first interaction, during the treatment and after. She checked on me, kept me updated and made sure I knew what to do at every step of the process, and continued to do so afterwards. The first two algae peels I got from the other business I did not peel, and the changes in marks were minimal. The algae peel Kerri gave me, I peeled and I was shocked to find the mark was completely gone. The photo included is left (the burn I was left with from another business) and the right- clear skin 5 months later and what was left of the mark gone- thanks to Kerri ! Thank you so much Kerri for saving my skin!! I can’t wait to see what other treatments I schedule with you, because you are so good at what you do!!

Kerri is a wonderful esthetician. I've been seeing her for almost 2 years. I've always had acne since I was a teenager and continue to have adult acne. I'm in my 40s, and have been on Accutane intermittently in my 20s and 30s. It was the only solution that worked for me at the time after many trials of other acne treatments and medications. I didn't want to continue taking Accutane because of the adverse side effects I would experience, but having cystic acne definitely affected my self esteem. Kerri is very knowledgeable about skin care and uses the best and top-grade products. Ever since I've started going to her my face has never been so consistently smooth and clear of acne. Even my acne scars are less visible. Kerri is so professional and yet so personable. I truly appreciate the facial products and treatments she has recommended for me. They all have helped in keeping my skin looking bright and flawless even without foundation makeup. I feel pampered everytime I go for a facial treatment. I have even fallen asleep because it is such a relaxing and calming experience. I'm incredibly happy to have found Kerri!

I cannot recommend Kerri enough! She's so amazing! I've been getting a spot on my hairline lasered and I can really tell a difference with the hair growth speed & thickness of the hair. Even though we're not done the full treatment course, I'm already so pleased with the progress. I also just recently had a facial and dermaplaning done by Kerri and it was AMAZING! Super relaxing (I even dozed off for a bit mid-appointment) and my skin has never felt better. I always feel really comfortable and welcomed when I'm here and I can tell Kerri truly loves what she does and really cares about her clients. I finally went for my very first facial and oh my goodness … I should’ve gone sooner! It was the perfect way to start my Mother’s Day weekend; I felt utterly spoiled and beyond relaxed. Kerri explained every step of the process and created such a relaxing environment for me to enjoy the moment.
