They were recommended by our neighbor and we weren't disappointed at all! Very professional during the walk through and estimating. Punctual on starting and finishing the work at our house (refinishing a LOT of hardwood floor that really needed it!). Excellent job on the floors. As a bonus, they had to move a lot of furniture around in a limited amount of space and they did it fast, accurately and with no complaints! Did a great job of masking for dust and an excellent cleanup job too.

Great Experience, Highly Recommend! We had LUKS Construction refinish our 1940's wood floors which were in very bad shape, and they are now beautiful! Working with Andrew was a dream, he was quick to reply and always happy to answer questions about our project. They did the floors while we were out of town, and we felt 100% comfortable going on vacation. We really appreciated that they moved the few heavy things we couldn't. What a joy to come home to stunning floors! Highly recommend.

Andrew was very responsive which I appreciated very much. Quote provided was very reasonable and competitive, scheduling was relatively quick, and I was very happy with the quality of the work completed, it was done right, repairing the leveling issue causing my floor tiles to crack. I think that checks off all of the boxes. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

We hired Andrew to install a kitchen backsplash, remodel a bathroom (including demo, creation of a new shower pan, and install of the shower floor and wall tile), and demo/install floor tile in two additional bathrooms. Andrew was a breathe of fresh air from a previous contractor we were using. He arrived on-time each morning, was clean, organized and professional throughout. His work was top quality in which he never took any shortcuts, did things the 'right' way, and would promptly notify us if any changes needed to be made. He stuck to timelines and kept us updated each step of the way. I would highly recommend Luks Construction for your home remodel projects and would use them again without hesitation!
