Wir haben den Luggage Transfer kurzfristig am Nachmittag des Vortags für die ganze kommende Wanderwoche an der Jurassic Coast gebucht. Das angefragte Angebot kam innerhalb kurzer Frist, unsere Zusage haben wir bis 19h abgegeben und wir konnten bereits am nächsten Tag vom Transport profitieren. Das Gepäck war während der ganzen Woche zuverlässig und vollständig an der gebuchten Unterkunft. Wir sind sehr sehr zufrieden mit dem Angebot und werden es bei unseren nächsten Wanderferien wieder buchen.

We’ve used Luggage Transfers 4 or 5 times now whilst walking the South West Coast Path in stages. Every time I have found them easy to deal with and very efficient. It’s almost as if by magic that our suitcase disappears from our overnight accommodation and is then waiting for us on our arrival at the next stopping point! We would definitely not be able to fulfil our dream of completing the whole path without their help. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Used Luggage Transfers for a seven day section of the SWCP. Everything was very clear and easy in terms of initially booking the bag drops and collections. I felt confident they really wanted to ensure each day’s logistics went smoothly in terms of where I was staying each night. And lo and behold it worked perfectly all week. Also responded very quickly to a couple of ad hoc questions. I will be using again, for sure! Many thanks.

It is the 2nd year I use the professional services of Luggage Transfers. I am hiking the South West Coast Path with my husband and daughter. We started to send our luggage with them in Clovelly and we didn't stop anymore until Dartmouth, where we stop hiking. Everything always work perfectly: we always find our bag safe and sound. Next year, when we will complet the hike, we will certainly send our stuff with Luggage Transfers again.

I cannot sing the praises of these folks more—incredibly fast communication, even with the time zone difference (we set up arrangements before leaving the US east coast), very clear, great pricing. We were hiked the Jurassic Coast for about six days, staying every over night from mainstay hotels to an AirBnB hut in a farm field, and there was NEVER a single issue with their service. At one point, while shifting items that we needed back and forth between bags during our overnights, we did go over the weight limit on one bag and got flagged with a red tag, but even still, we were given the opportunity to adjust how we'd packed things, weren't charged any penalty, and were treated with patience and understanding (I'm sure we're not the first to run into this situation). A fantastic service, great value, and highly recommended to anyone doing a multi-day hiking trip along the south west coast.

Excellent luggage transfer service - highly recomment Excellent service! Everything worked seamlessly making our walking holiday so much easier. We met Caroline in Minehead on Monday morning to hand over our bags and from then on until collecting them back from Mike in Westward Ho! on Sunday afternoon, they magically appeared in all the right places along the way.
