Run your passengers, not unecesessarily your engines
I have not used the service directly, but I passed one of the vans today parked at Levant mine in Cornwall. I was a bit concerned that the engine seemed to be running with just the driver in the van, who seemed preoccupied on the phone. About 15 minutes later when we passed back again, it was still running with driver still on the phone. I applaud that the company runs it's website using renewable energy and plants a lot of trees and supports SW coast path, but wasting fuel and unnecessarily polluting the air in such a spot seems contradictory and disappointing.

I had a great experience using LT to organise my luggage transfers on the SWCP!
Paula was fast at responding to my original enquiry and at getting everything booked in for my trip. The transfers themselves ran like clockwork, with my bags being dropped off at my accommodations before I arrived every day. Even met one of the drivers, Jowen, on the morning of one of the pick-ups and they were really friendly.
At one point I even called the office to query part of my trip and the call ended up dropping but I received a call back straightaway. A faultless service that I would highly recommend!

Fantastic service for coastal walkers
Used this service for six legs along the South West Coastal Path and couldn’t be happier. Absolutely fabulous! Have used them for transferring my luggage for all of the southwest coast path over the past five years and it has been faultless. Their website not only makes it easy to book but also has a good list of accomodations for each town. The luggage has always been waiting for me when I have arrived. Communication was good when there was a festival in the town they were picking up and pickup needed to be early. Highly recommend.

Update 2026: once again we used this company to transport our luggage for us, this time in the Minehead area and once again, we can’t complain about anything. Recommended it to another hiker we met on the trip and he was able to make a booking on very short notice. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
What can I say - Luggage Transfers was extremly supporting during the booking procedure (fast response, good knowledge of locations) and the service itself worked very reliable.
Hiking the SWCP it was a relief that every day our luggage was waiting at the right place. Also meeting the drivers at the entrance and exit points worked very well. Will definitely use again next summer. Thanks so much for your support which made our hike so much better!

Excellent service
Excellent experience with this company from start to finish. I was walking the South Downs Way and they had no issues dropping at a range of weird and wonderful campsites along the way. The booking and quote process was clear and the customer service was quick, friendly and helpful on the two occasions I contacted them by phone. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
