The staff at the Columbus Hand Institute were very nice and professional. After my X-rays, Mr. J reviewed them with me and clearly explained the results. He also walked me through the next steps so I knew exactly what to expect. When it was time to get my hand splints, the technician did a great job making sure they fit well and were comfortable. Overall, I had a smooth and positive experience.
