It was my first time visiting, as I needed a checkup urgently. Both Ray and Aaron were very helpful and made you feel at home; Ray also made the experience quite seamless. My optometrist, Dr. Linda, was highly knowledgeable and professional but also friendly and kind. Not to mention this clinic is also child-friendly, so I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an eye clinic.

Excellent. Dr. Linda Yee has been my optometrist for about 7.5 years now and she gets my prescription precisely accurate and that was not the case for several years beforehand durring the times that I was going to random big chain services for eye prescription/ examination as my prescriptions were never accurate for years at other optometrist exams at big chain places hence I experienced headaches and blurred vision because they had my Rx in accurate as too overcorrected ,hence prescribing higher Rx than I needed

My husband convinced me to have my general eye examination at Lucent clinic in November with Dr. Yee. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Dr. Yee was not only professional but also really attentive and kind, making sure I understood everything about my eye health.
A week later, I experienced some sudden eye issues, and I was really worried. I called the clinic, and the receptionist immediately connected me with Dr. Yee without any hassle or extra charge. She gave me prompt advice and prescribed medication right away. Despite the urgency of the situation, Dr. Linda Yee made sure to fit me in for an immediate check-up and coordinated everything with an ophthalmologist, which was crucial and very hard to get in for my condition.

I have been going to Lucent Eye Care for 5 years starting in the Burnaby store. I am impressed with Dr. Linda Yee’s professionalism during my eye exam and the various tests they do. I went to their newly opened store in Vancouver and the selection of eyewear was impresssive. I do want to give a shout out to Aaron who assisted me in selecting my frame and lenses. I went to their newly opened Vancouver store to get my latest frames because of Aaron’s knowledge and service he always provide. I would recommend Dr. Yee and Aaron to my family and friends anytime!
The only drawback to the Vancouver store was trying to find street parking. When I circled around there was an underground parking that “supposedly” said the parking was for customers that shop there however it did NOT say it was paid parking. Not only that but the pay stations were not readily seen, not even by the exit or elevator doors. Very misleading. As a result I received a parking ticket from Diamond Parking for $86.50 if paid within 10 days and after that it’s $136.50. BEWARE!!!
