This was our first visit to Maui and this place was perfect. Centrally located close to beaches and restaurants-we couldn’t have asked for more. The place was as described and had everything we could possibly want. I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Maui!

Leslie is great! The unit was as promised - certainly older and well used but all worked as promised. Beaches in the area are not great though, so lots of driving to the other end of Kiehe. The pools and complex were well maintained.

I highly recommend. The kitchen was very well stocked, wonderfully furnished, the grounds were beautiful, loved how easy it was walking to the beach. We absolutely loved this place. We can’t wait to visit again. Leslie was a wonderful host.

Great location for a group I planned a surprise 60th birthday for my husband. He thought the week would just be us but I surprised him with our daughter and fiance, and 2 other couples. We rented 3 units in the A building. Staff are super friendly, the rooms and view are great. It’s a pickleball players dream with the courts on the ocean. Both the pool and beach were used throughout the week. I’d definitely recommend to others.

Leslie was great and very responsive! The place was centrally located in Kihei making it super easy to get groceries or venture out to various beach spots.The place was fantastic. Access to the pool area was very nice after a day at the beach. Leslie also had lots of great beach equipment to use (beach chairs, umbrellas) which were very nice over the week we stayed.Highly recommend!

Beautiful surroundings and sunset view! Cozy condo with AC. Everything works as expected and described. The washer/dryer is a must have for our trip and we appreciate the provided laundry pods.Overall great experience!

We stayed 6 nights in this beautiful condo, overall is good experience, nice and helpful staff, beautiful pool and amazing view for sunset! Love the huge island in the kitchen where we ate & work the whole time we stayed. We stayed A305, it’s a semi 2 floored condo with 2 nice bedrooms, and upside we don’t have to pay AC, but also our first time to have an upstairs bedroom without an enclosed wall, which early in the morning sunlight showered in, not so good if you just flew in from the east Asia and your kids only went down by midnight. The real issue that I complained to the staff is their floor was very dusty. They mentioned in Kihei is very dusty but helped us to another round of dusting. However it seems it’s a bad design from their roof window which the staff mentioned there’s also little opening of the window thus the sands come in all the time. I even doubt they clean this condo the day we arrived since it never got that dusty in the floor/desk/counter since they did another dusting for us.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Luana Kai. This Airbnb is in an ideal location! Everything in Kihei is just a few minutes away. Whether we were heading out for food, coffee, groceries, or gas, it was all incredibly convenient.The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking view from the living room. Every morning, I’d wake up, sit on the couch, and take in the stunning views of the ocean and swaying palm trees. It was the perfect way to start each day.I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Maui.Thank you for a great stay!

Well appointed place with everything you need. Close to pool and hot tub and bbq area. Quiet AC including bedroom. We had nice stay and all the beach accessories are there to so it made it really practical. Host is superbly responsive.
